Commissioning ironwork from Stokersgate starts with a conversation. Each Stokersgate product is made entirely by hand, making it totally unique. Mark therefore offers every potential client (within a 20 mile radius of our workshop in Fareham) a free, no obligation site visit, so that he can determine exactly what they like and what their requirements are.

ORDERING

Take a look through the product galleries for examples of our designs.

At a time that suits you, Mark will visit your home or business to measure up, discuss your ideas & provide a quote.

The price quoted is for a full service – Manufacture, Prime & Top Coat, plus fitting. ... (Powder coating can be offered at an additional cost.)

Please Note: Price estimates can be given over the phone if you have measurements and an idea of design for the work required. However no price guarantee can be given until a site visit has taken place and the design and measurement has been finalised.

PAYMENT

On agreement of scope of work a final cost will be given. ... (Along with a rough timescale for completion of work.)

A non-refundable deposit of 25% must be made at the time of booking.

Final balance is required on the day of installation.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque or bank transfer.

INSTALLATION

Once Mark has finished manufacturing your product we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for the installation.

Installation is completed by Mark himself – you need do nothing other than pay the balance of your bill.
